Contact Form 7: Pledge page. Need text on same line as text field

I am using Contact Form 7 to create a pledge page for a charity I’m working with. You can see it here:

What I would like to do is for the pledge text to begin on the same line as the text field “First and Last Name” (ie. I, [text field], pledge to NOT purchase… etc. all on one line)

Is that possible and how would I go about doing this?
