    Hi Miller,

    That is kinda odd behavior.
    Make sure that you did not restrict access to your user and role for those menus.

    Would be nice if you can send us also your admin credentials for website so we can quickly check what might be the problem.

    Please notice! This information is for those who do not see Contact Form 7 pages under Backend Menu tab.

    Contact Form 7 as well as quite few other plugins have very tricky implementation. They inject custom WordPress capabilities “on fly” that is why you will not see them on Role level. You should switch to User level first (simply go to AAM page and on the right side of the screen click on Users tab and select your user).
