Contact Form 7 opens a weird link instead of sending

Hi Guys,
Can you please take a look: restoremydeck.us
The form at the bottom of the main page opens a strange link instead of sending the email.
Any ideas? Just using the short code.
Also, it works OK on other pages, very strange and tried everything to resolve, ran into a dead end ??
