Contact Form 7 not working with WP 6.2.2

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

I have the same problem on this page. https://couragecounselling.co.nz/contact/

I disabled all plugins.

The error remains. Here is the error.

Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

I am using latest wordpress version on a theme specifically integrated around Contact Form 7 lol ?? yes I know. The theme is specifically designed for CF7 lol (kill me now pls) and the form scripts do not work, plus the form won’t even send (install WP-FORMS, works faultlessly) sigh….what we (or the developers) need to do is to pull what works so well from WP-Forms into CF7 to create a hybrid (a form which actually works under all conditions!!). ??

Surely that must be fairly easy to do with just a little collaboration.
