Contact Form 7 not working on live site

Hi WP community I need some help troubleshooting why my contact form is not working on my live site. The contact form is in the footer and whenever I hit the send button to send test emails there are no error messages I noticed it just goes to the top of the page where the form info is displayed in the url of the site. I have no errors in the Contact Form 7 form settings and mail settings. I have no console errors. I even have WP Mail SMTP installed and configured and the test emails sent with no issues. I have been trying to troubleshoot this problem for a while now and I am running out of ideas. The form is currently up on my live site even though I know it doesn’t work fill it out and submit and any feedback on the issue would be appreciated!
