Contact form 7 not working on iPhone

  • Hi,
    I have created a form to register to a running competition.
    Unfortunately the form does not work on an iPhone, at least not on an iPhone 11, independent whether I use Safari or Firefox as a browser.
    It shows an error message that the form could not be submitted and that one should try later. IT NEVER WORKS.
    Any idea? Thank you!
