Contact Form 7 Not Working Intermittently

    I am using contact form 7 (v5.4) and over the past few weeks, there have been reports from users of intermittently the forms hang out and don’t send.

    I saw this forum post and I thought it might relate to my issue:

    It suggests it could be an issue with javascript files caching and deferring.

    I have just disabled my defer render-blocking JS. I hope this solves the issue for me temporarily.

    Is anyone else experiencing this issue as well?

  • I had this issue, form sent, green messsage appeared. but wheel spinning made customers think it was not working. I disabled many plugins including SG with no luck. I resolved by downgrading to CF7 5.32 (the previous version) and the spinning resolved. this issue is also on the CF7 boards which was also resolved with previous build.
