Contact Form 7 not working in Mozilla firefox 21.0 with wordpress 3.5.1

Can you please describe in more detail how the “contact form has been stop working”. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

Actually when i am opening my site https://www.imageidt.com/ at mozilla firefox 21.0 then the contact form in the site(i.e the request form at the home page)is not working.actually the form is not submitting and only the arrow is spining.But in The chrome it is perfect.Please help me

Contact Form 7 is working just fine for me in multiple WordPress 3.5.1 sites using Firefox 21.

You may need to deactivate Contact Form 7 and completely delete it. Then re-install it into your WordPress instance.

I had this issue not too long ago and found that this fixed the problem. If it doesn’t then you must have mucked with the files somehow.

Your form at https://www.imageidt.com/ seems to be working correctly in Firefox 21 other than arrow continuing to spin, which is a common symptom of a Javascript conflict. I see you have a lot of Javascript on your site and also the Facebook Social Plugin which is a common cause of problems.

Hi Thanks to everyone who has joined here in this topic and helped to to solve this problem.What i have done to solve that ,i have deactivated contact for7 and contact form 7 db extension plugins and then reinstall them and the problem has solved.
