Contact Form 7 not working if you input a URL

Hello, I’m actually stuck with this.
I have two contact forms in my site, one of them works perfectly fine, but the other, in which i ask people to input a URL, is not working, whenever you hit send button, the spinning arrows are displayed and the form is NEVER submitted.here’s the link to both forms:
