contact form 7 not working

Hi there,
I have generated a static site using contact form 7
Doc says contact form 7 is supported, but site is not sending the form correctly.
I opened the developer tools console and there is an error:

POST https://tevastatic.ekien.es/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/93/feedback 404

It seems contact form7 needs wp-json folder, but wp-json folder is forced to be excluded in the plugin admin.Regards
