Contact Form 7 not working !!!

Hi guys,
we use cf7 for a custom functionality on this page https://mizfitinc.com/registration to filter user by inputting a specific passwords to a specific registration form. And we use it in here to https://mizfitinc.com/say-hello/ in both places the form doesn’t work, you press sеnd and nothing happens … any idea why this problem occurs?
