Contact form 7 not working

Don’t know what I did but Contact form 7 is not working! It did work at a point but after doing a ton of work on the site, I don’t know what actually broke it. Is it possible to check what the fault may be?
It sais that the message is successfully sent out but it actually does not send anything out.
