contact form 7 not showing up on page at all

    Try switching to the default theme. If this solve the issue, that is probably your theme’s issue.

    Aloha All,
    Found the problem, so if anyone else runs across this you might check the shortcodes.

    for this theme the shortcodes had been disabled by the lead designer.

    they have now been enabled and all is good.
