• I know this question has been asked many times and I’ve spent the last 3 hours sorting through what has worked for everyone and nothing seems to work for me.

If you see my contact page here:
    https://www.houstonlandscapers.org/contact/

On Firefox you see the borders.
On IE you see the borders.

On Chrome and my Galaxy Note 3 phone I don’t see the borders for the Name and Email, etc. fields.

I’m using the Thesis 1.8.4 theme and contact form 7 plugin.

Any ideas how to fix this? I’ve tried pretty much everything found in Google for fixing this issue. Nothing seems to work for me.

    Thanks in advance.
    John

  • Firstly if you are running Thesis 1.8.4 you seriously need to upgrade for it to be compatible with the latest wp plugins and the latest version of wp itself.

The 1.x series of Thesis was recently upgraded to 1.8.6 due to this very fact, that said very little is maintained and upgraded with version 1 of Thesis these days and I would highly recommend adopting Thesis 2.x which is of now on version 2.1.9.

Your form fields however seem to just have the borders removed with css somewhere. The text field and textarea are styled separately in contact form 7’s css.

email me at [email protected] if you need more assistance.
