contact form 7 not sending

    Hello

    I’ve had several complaints recently that ‘Contact Form 7’ is not sending messages – when the submit button is clicked, I just get spinning arrows and no error messages. This same problem is occurring with all the websites I use ‘Contact Form 7’ on (which is pretty much all of them).

    ‘Contact Form 7’ has worked well up until recently, and nothing has been changed in the settings, and I’ve even tried deleting the old form and creating a new one, deleting and re-installing ‘Contact Form 7’, and turning off all other plug-ins to see if its a conflict. Nothing seems to make a difference.

    Please let me know asap, how this problem can be fixed.

    This is definitely a javascript error. Almost certainly due to a conflict between either plugins or with the theme.

    Unfortunately can’t offer more detailed advice as these conflicts are highly specific to each WordPress install – depends on theme and other plugins used. Can be difficult to find real culprit.

    Useful tools:
    Firebug — Firefox extension. Good for Javascript debugging.
