Contact Form 7 Not Receiving Emails

  • I have created a handful of websites, host and maintain them. I created a new site yesterday and configured Contact Form 7. I did a few tests and noticed that I was not receiving the contact email. I checked one of the other sites and it to is not working. Contact Form 7 says that the email was sent successfully but nothing is received. I tried 4 different email addresses to send it to and still nothing. Any suggestion?

  • I am having the same problem with my contact emails. Have tried multiple addresses but not receiving any emails although it shows that email was sent successfully.

    Same problem as mine. But I received in my gmail but not in other mail address. Don’t know why. Every time Contact Form 7 says that the email was sent successfully but nothing is received in my other email address.

    Same here. Any reliable plugin can replace form 7?

    Could you guys show me what you have under your mail tab in your contact form 7 ?

    I have a related problem

    I maintain about 20 sites and am having similar issues. Did some troubleshooting with GoDaddy (the host for most of them), and realized that GoDaddy’s spam filter is catching all the forms and not delivering them.

    We realized that we have to remove all shortcodes (including the one in the message body) in order for them to allow the email to be delivered. Obviously, this renders the form useless since we won’t get any of the info. If you have GoDaddy this could be an issue, but I’m hoping the plugin creator may have some fixes, as it looks in the forum like a lot of people recently are no longer receiving their emails.

    I have the same problem. Gingerbread that the message was sent but not received. I tried anything and nothing. Interestingly, I have another site on the same hosting with the same settings and everything works there. Help!
