Contact Form 7, not PHP5 issue, Linux issue?

  • for nearly two whole days I have been trying to get this issue solved. Cf7 appears to be working, but no e-mails come thru. nothing to the user, nothing to me.

    using WordPress 3.0.4
    CF7 version 2.4.3

    tried:
    deactivated Askimet – still nothing
    all the latest versions – check
    hosting issue? on GoDaddy with Linux Deluxe account – of course, they say it is an issue in the CF7 code.

    noticed that the URL changes when you hit ‘submit’ button on the page.
    page is https://processbasedleadership.com/webinar-registration/
    hit ‘submit’ and page turns into https://processbasedleadership.com/webinar-registration/#wpcf7-f3-p1178-o1

    I’m not a techie, don’t understand much about .php files and action=” stuff.

    has anyone figured this out yet or do I have to find a different contact form to use?
