contact form 7 not capturing all required fields

FAQ > Nothing shows up in the email, even after adding a tag to the form! How can I include a new field’s input in the email?

All of the fields in my contact form are required information. When the email is sent from my website address to my email, it shows all fields completed, however the field for the phone number is not included. The messenger MUST fill in the phone number. I then need to sign in to my wordpress website to obtain the phone number so I can get back to the customer. I’m not sure what you mean by “nothing shows up in the email, Or after adding a tag”. How are you able to do that without my sign in credentials?

I have already added the mail-tag for telephone number [tel-982]
The field is required and shows up in my wordpress site, but this particular field does not show up in the emails received.

Hello again, I signed into my wordpress account only to see messages in my flamingo folder. they were not sent to my email as they always have before. why has contact form 7 stopped delivering emails?
Please get back to me, I’m losing sales by not receiving customers emails.
