Contact form 7: No data stored

The option “Store form data in data1 field with transaction (format field1_name: value1, field2_name: value2, …)” doesn’t have any effect with my installation. Only the time and the Commission amount is stored correctly. Any hints?
And there is no other option than “All” and blank in the “Form” section, even though I run 5 different forms (and want to track only 2 of them).
