Contact form 7 new pro version

so i upgraded pro paypal to pro paypal and stripe….

i had a glitch where most forms came thru after payment,however i was coming across some payments and no forms.. so to try and fix this.. i upgraded to paypal and stripe version..

i only did this yesterday as my previous pro was due to renew also..

basically this version… when the user fills the form out and hits pay now button.. the page reloads…then a message appears saying message sent. thank you… any way i can remove this??? it suggests the the user the form is sent before the payment and it also delays the redirect..

so user fills form… hits pay now button… page reloads.. message appears.. then it redirects… i have noticed much slower than last pro paypal version.. so im wondering if i can disable that message?

the second issue.. im trying to provide 2 file upload area.. at the moment it has to be completed before being sent.. i try ot add addition upload file and that either has to be required or i make them both optional.. which makes it harder as people send form and no image..alot..
is there a way i can make the first upload required and the second optional? i have tried shortcodes but no avail.
