    Good day,

    Hope you are well.

    We use the Contact Form 7 Multi-step Pro plugin (Amazing by the way ?? )

    – The form submits but the email never sends (form submission to email does not work).
    – The Forms submission also does not save it in the Contact Form CFDB7
    – We have a form WP Mail Logging and according to that, the Attachments are giving an error.

    We added SMTP details and that works.

    All other forms send an email

    Can you please assist?

    Thanks for coming today!
    Please make sure you’re using the latest Version of the plugins:

    CF7, Multistep and CF7DB.

    1. Also, to check for case #1 properly, you need to temporarily disable CF7 multistep plugin, then test the form again and see if it submits and send info to your mail?

    2. Are you using our CF7DB plugin or another one not authored by us?

    Thank you for your reply.

    The following is up to date:

    Contact Form 7: Version 5.4.2
    Contact Form 7 Multi-step Pro – Version 6.2
    Contact Form CFDB7 is By Arshid – Version 1.2.5.9

    1. I disabled the Contact Form 7 Multi-step Pro – now the form sends the mail and saves in the Contact Form CFDB7
    – But…. the attachments are not in the mail but is in the Contact Form CFDB7
    – The contact us form after submitted (with the thank you message) the wpex-wpcf7-loader keeps on spinning – please see screenshot:https://snipboard.io/TAyNq8.jpg

    Hi @pinki1 ,

    So, please note that our Multistep plugin might not be compatible with that Database plugin you are using, but it is compatible with the one made for it:

    Now that you confirmed the form sends the mail when our CF7 Multistep is deactivated, then you should contact the developers here for a Teamview check to help you check faster:

    Hi Bruce,

    Thanks for all your help – I managed to resolve the issue – I removed the Multistep and made a very simple (plain form) all works now.
