Contact Form 7 Mobile Integration Failed To Send Your Message Error

  • I have Contact Form 7 installed on my website https://www.sbcltd.co.uk/contact-us/. It works great on desktop PC’s. However, when you use the CF7 on a mobile device I get a red border with the following message.. “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method”.

    Does anyone have a fix for this? I am using Parallax One theme if that helps. Also, tried sending from both Android and iPhone devices.

  • See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.

    It’s not that unusual to have email sending working from Desktop but not for Mobile. It’s almost certainly a general email sending issue & not specific to CF7.

    I’d start by checking if you have a JavaScript conflict on mobile.
