Contact Form 7 Message Body problems

Hi

I have created a form in Contact Form 7. I have used the Generate tag on the right to construct my form which incorporates radio buttons and text fields and drop down boxes.

My problem is when I fill out the form and submit. I receive no information from the form. Just the email heading. I have tried using [your-name] and so on. [your-name] works but on all the others it does not work.

Can somebody please help me with this issue? Please find the code I am using for my form.

Card Type:

Card Number:
[text* cardnumber]

Card Holder’s Name:
[text* name]

Expiry Date:
[text* date]

Invoice Number:
[text* InvoiceNumber]

Amount:
