Contact form 7 mailing settings, etcetera…

Hi there. I’m a beginner and a novice in Contact form 7, or rather a newbie in the entire world of html and scripting. I’ve been working on this website for some time now, and I’ve hit a brick-wall on this page. I used the contact form 7 to set the entire form.
The form is not working, after filling out the form and uploading the file, the form reports ”this field is required” on some fields even when the information has been given, and loads non-stop after clicking submitting.
After watching this video, I’ve realized that there’s information I need to fill on the mailing tap under ‘message body’, and that might be what’s causing the problem. I’d like to ask anyone to please assist in fixing the whole form to make it work. The mailing tab and everything else that needs to be revised.
I’ve attached the mail-tags here to make things easy, including the snapshot of my mail settings.
