Contact form 7 & MailChimp for WordPress integration not working

  • I have a form on my website, where I use contact form 7 as form plugin and I integrate it with MailChimp for WordPress plugin to add subscribers.

    Now, when someone signs up on this form, the opt-in confirmation email is not being sent to them. I guess it is a problem with the integration now.

    But I have another form which is created only using MailChimp for WordPress plugin, this is working perfectly fine.

    Is there anyone facing the same issue with CF7?

    Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

    I use CF7 forms which are integrated with MailChimp for WordPress on many sites – all work flawlessly without problems.

    I also often use a form created only using MailChimp for WordPress on the same sites – again works without problems.

    You almost certainly have something specific to your local WP install that is causing this problem.

    I guess it is a problem with the integration now.

    What indicates to you that is the problem? Do you have other CF7 forms on the site & are they sending emails without problems?

    I have two opt-ins on my site. The one using CF7 and MC for WP is having the issue now. I have copies of this same form on various pages. But it is not working. The opt-in confirmation mail is not being sent.

    I checked the intergration settings and even inside mail chimp, don’t see anything there.

    Any suggestions?

    You should test is you have problems sending emails from another standard CF7 form with no MC for WP integration.

    I suspect you may have a general problem with sending emails from CF7.

    The forms work perfectly on my website and I receive the email from the forms.
    My problem is that the subscription and contact info is not getting through to my MailChimp list.
    I have added the MailChimp API Key: and the MailChimp List ID: in the relevant tab.

    My Contact 7 form is working fine. Added the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin and finished the integration with Contactform 7. I changed the double opt-in so when someone fills in the form and checks the checkbox his/hers name and email should be in my Mailchimp list.

    But it is not working. I tried another plugin, that worked fine, but you could’t add the checkbox.

    Any idea?

    Should I add all the mailchimp merge fields in the contactform 7?
