Contact Form 7 Mail (2) Autoresponder not working anymore

Having the same issue. Any update on a possible solution for this?

Same here. Default Twenty-Twenty-Two theme, 0 plugins installed (except CF7) and the sender doesn’t get confirmation mail aka “Mail (2)”. First mail works all fine.

What happend?

was this ever fixed? I am having same problem. Sender not receiving email
