[Contact form 7} lots of spam

    Since updating to latest WP version 5.0, lots of spam has been sent through immediately via CF7 which was previously okay. Up to 10 messages per hour. Reported by several clients. I can’t add recaptcha as CF7 doesn’t work with version 3 of Google recaptcha. Please advise. May be time to change plugins!
