Contact form 7 issues

Hi we have contact form 7 on our site and was working fine. My clients now say when they try and send it just has the arrows going around and it never sends and we dont receive anything. We have checked setting in back end and nothing from our side has changed. Any ideas as its also used on https://uniqueweddingandevents.com/contact-page/# which is for equipment rental so we have no idea now how much business we are missing.
