This is the page I use the Contact Form 7.

Every year, around December and January, I use this page to take an order.
I copy and paste the same contact form 7.
I change the year and price.

It worked last year, but this year I don’t receive any emails (order announcement to me and order confirmation to customer).

Everything is the same as last year, including the hosting service and my MAC.

It is the form of the screenshot, except the dummy address as you instructed.
