Contact form 7 is not sending any email

Hi, i am using multpile forms in one of my wordpress website. I am using contact form 7 plugin to create these different forms. I have no configuration issue in all these forms. But none of these forms are working. None of them is sending emails. What is the issue there ? It is a nightmare for me. Can anyone let me know how to solve this issue and get all the forms working ? My contact forms url is contact page. Click on cancel order title and you will see it will not send any email.
