Contact Form 7 I can’t see sender email, name, subject and message

  • I set up my contact for 7 but when I sent a test email, I received this in my inbox:

    From: [name] <[email]>
Subject: [subject]

Message Body:
[message]

    I cant see the sender’s email, name, subject, and message.

    Maybe by now you have found the solution to the riddle yourself. If not, here is a hint:

    Take another look at your “FORM” and use the same tags for the message body. ??

    If the hint still doesn’t help, have a look at the documentation:
    Click Getting started with Contact Form 7 and scrol to “Customizing a form”…

    Same problem here since we installed the theme and the built-in the pack plugin Wp Form 7, receiving the registration messages with no sender’s details and email…

    We are pretty many people experiencing the same. Any help is really welcome.

    Brand new installation, Envato top seller theme, IONOS professional hosting (IONOS Gmbh) no clue… The theme assistance says they cannot provide assistance with third parties plugins even if provided with the theme.
