Contact Form 7 FROM Email address Problems

Problem with from email in emails from WordPress plugin ‘Contact Form 7’. Email is hosted on a separate server – they haver a corporate exchange server… I want emails from the form to have sent by address of “[email protected]’…

WordPress Config
I am having a problem with the ‘Sent By’ address in the Contact Form 7 settings. I have specified the FROM email to be [email protected] in wordpress and “Contact Form 7” (See screen shot…)

TO ADDRESS But when the email arrives it denotes that the email is ‘Sent By’ a generic websitehostserver.net email address — ‘[email protected]’

Any thought on how to get around this? I want emails from the form to have sent by address of “[email protected]’…
