Particularly: Autoptimize users might have to add wp-includes/js/dist the comma-separated JS optimization exclusion list (or in some cases even wp-includes/js).

Fantastic. I have been using Contact Form 7 since I started with WordPress. The latest plugin update caused that spinning wheel unless certain plugin js files and/or nonces are excluded from caching. I use a different caching solution, but I had to make similar adjustments.
