• Hey there wordpress community!
    I got the following problem:

When I fill out a contact form 7 form and hit submit, the email I receive is missing information I previously entered in the form.

When I have the following in the message body:
    **********************************************
    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: New Request from https://www.example.com

    Message: [your-message]

This email was sent from https://www.example.com
    **********************************************

I get the following output in the email I receive:
    **********************************************
Message: ***The message I typed into the message field****

This email was sent from https://www.example.com
    **********************************************
    And that’s it.

However I tested it out and it seems that It only affects the first two lines of text (does not even has to be a field tag from cf7)

Does anyone have an idea why this happens or why it does not work the way it should work?
I tested it out with different email clients and I use Divi and cf7 in this setup.

Cheers to anyone figuring this out

    Nico

I think most people have this problem.
Why is nobody from the plugin development responding to this.

Contact Form 7 has become unusable. What is going on here?

In Contact Form 7 mail TAB, you can see the TAGS that have to be added to show the fields in the email body.

New fields (like Radio Buttons) are not automatically added, so you need to include them manually.
