    I noticed something strange with Post SMTP and Contact Form 7. Emails that are sent through Contact Form 7 Don’t include SPF, DKIM, DMARC. It’s not that it’s either Pass or Fail, there missing completely.

    While Post SMTP test, and email sent from a newsletter plug in include the authentications

    It specifically Emails that are sent from Contact Form 7 that don’t Have those when viewing “show original” on the received email.

    Any idea why this could happen?

    Problem still exists even after the latest version v2.0.26

    Any ideas what to do? or how to solve it?

    @yaron_elh Hi,

    I have shared this issue with my technical team, they are looking into it.

    let me know which Mailer type and mailer service you are using?

    Thanks

    Hi @haseeb0001

    Thanks for your response, I’m using the Gmail API (G Suite) with PostSMTP
    As the Mailer Type, and the issue is specific with Emails that are sent from Contact Form 7 (used as the Site contact form)

    When those forms are sent, they arrive in the inbox without the SPF, DKIM, or DMARC authentications.

    Did you eventually succeeded in tracking the issue?

    Plugin Support M Haseeb

    (@haseeb0001)

    @yaron_elh

    It seems a site-specific issue, as I tested the entire scenario with different SMTP Plugins, everything seemed to be the same as Post SMTP so we are unable to reproduce the mentioned issue on our staging sites. It seems like the theme or some maybe other plugin is conflicting with the Our plugin Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2022 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not.

    Thanks

    I have more than one site, it’s the same thing on all of them
    The theme is different

    If you can give me access to a clean staging server I can reproduce the issue for you

    Nevermind the staging server, I have created a clean installation on my end
    only contact form seven and Post SMTP

    And could easily reproduce the issue, if your interested in reproducing it on your end let me know

    Can you share the screenshots of both logs (View) from Post SMTP (You can get them from Post SMTP → Email Log → Specific log → View), one that includes SPF, DKIM, and the one that does not include any of them?
