Contact Form 7: Email sent OK, form shows spinning load and no conf.(Webfaction)

  • Hey guys,

    I have Contact Form 7 on my site, was working great on a MediaTemple host.
    Now running live on Webfaction, and I have to use the ‘Configure SMTP’ plugin to be able to send emails.

    So now, I fill out a contact form, and hit Send, and although the email arrives in the right place, the user gets no update on the page that it is successful. They are stuck, thinking it is still loading.

    Is this a problem where Contact Form is not receiving confirmation from the wordpress emailing system, so not updating the status? I may need to look elsewhere for a plugin, or edit the Contact Form code to change what it is looking for – any ideas?
