Contact Form 7 Dropdown menu populated with post titles, pre selected from url

    I’m using contact form 7 as my contact page and trying to populate a dropdown select menu with a list of the post titles.

    In addition to this if a user browsers to the contact page from a href link within one of the single post pages, I need the populated dropdown menu to pre-select that particular post in the list.

    Im using a self built theme started from https://underscores.me/

    Any suggestions would be great
