Contact Form 7- Drop down menu not showing

Hi there!
On contact form 7 when inserting a drop down menu, I do not get the bar with the arrows, the options only appear a scrollable list (see https://www.mooncubedesign.com.au/contact-us/) … any ideas? Can’t find any solutions or anyone with same issue.
