1. Here in this forum, we’re really focused on supporting the MailChimp List Subscribe Form plugin. While it may be possible to connect a Contact Form 7 form to MailChimp, we wouldn’t really be the best resource for this and I would recommend reaching out to the plugin’s developer directly. 2. With the List Subscribe Form plugin, all subscribers that signup using this widget will be added in a double opt-in process. In order to add subscribers to be added with a single opt-in process, I would recommend checking out an integration that uses the MailChimp API, such as Wufoo, for this functionality: https://eepurl.com/ia25
3. While it wouldn’t be possible to add a separate opt-in checkbox to this form, it would be possible to create a group for a certain type of future communication by adding a checkbox group to the list within the MailChimp app. This guide form our knowledge base has more information on Groups and adding them to a list: https://eepurl.com/gWOb Alternatively, integrations may be capable of adding an opt-in check box to a form as well.
4. With the MailChimp WordPress plugin, the fields themselves can be reordered within the form builder inside of the MailChimp app: https://eepurl.com/gOHW but there wouldn’t be a way to place the Group options above the list fields. In this case, I would recommend checking into adding our embedded form code to the page, which could be modified to rearrange the fields and groups as desired: https://eepurl.com/gOGN
