Contact Form 7 doesn’t send form submission on iPad

Hi, I have a booking form included on a webpage (https://www.bamboobalibonaire.com/book-now/) using Contact Form 7. During testing I found out that I can successfully send the form submission on my computer but when I try the same on my iPad I get the error message ‘There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.’

I don’t understand why. I hope someone can help. Thank you in advance.
