Contact form 7 doesn′t send email

I activated the hub spot plugin just to test the chat functionality, and it turns out, I stopped receiving email requests through the website contact forms.
All customers who fill out a form do not receive an email response.
I disabled the hubspot plugin and uninstalled it, I tried to configure stmp but it still doesn’t work. I need help and solve the problem. Can anyone help?
