Contact Form 7 – Doesnt send attached file

  • Hi all,
    I have been tweeking with Contact Form 7 a while and have read a few online helps.
    Nothing helps.
    The form is sent out fine but the attachments are not.

    I have called the field ‘your_file’ and declared it as follows
    [file your-file limit:2000000 filetypes:png|gif|jpg|jpeg|pdf|txt|doc|docx|odt]

    and then of course added “[your-file]” in the lower frame under “Attached Files”

    Still nothing
    I am in fact thinking of changing plug-in as noting helps here

  • First you meant “File attachments:” and not “Attached Files” right?
    Have you tried with a small file? Your file size you specified is usually larger than most servers are configured to allow unless you modfiy php.ini.
    Also check for conflicts with other plugins.
    Also check permissions on the temp directory:
    /wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads
