Also encountered this issue. Spent all day trying to figure it out. Horrendous. This is the second big issue I’ve had with this plugin. The first being when it was upgraded earlier this year, all the quizzes were deleted! Terrible plugin.

I am really sorry about the issue you are facing and that your experience didn’t match your expectations.

The problem was caused due to the new WordPress 5.5 update.
Our developers have fixed it on the next day of WordPress’s release, and make the plugin compatible with the new version too.
