Contact Form 7 Date Picker on Firefox

This will most likely happen when the Firefox browser adds Date Picker support.

You can check the level of Date Picker support in all browsers at https://www.wufoo.com/html5/types/4-date.html

In the mean time Contact Form 7 does provide a jQuery UI-based fallback for the date and number input fields which you can add to your site if you want – see https://contactform7.com/faq/does-contact-form-7-support-html5-input-types/.

is there a way to add this code only to the “Additional Settings” for the form I need it on?
I don’t need the extra code to load on my other contact forms that don’t use the date input field… I just need it to load on ONE form… any ideas??

It would be nice to have this as a checkbox option for each form….

The instructions @ https://contactform7.com/faq/does-contact-form-7-support-html5-input-types/ indicate to add the code to the functions.php file and “to activate it”. Does anyone know what the reference “to activate it” applies to? CF7 does not have any settings menu so I’m not quite understanding what this means or what I might be missing …
