Contact Form 7 Date Format

Hello!

I’m using Polylang in my website and everything looks good but I’m having a problem with Date Format using Contact Form 7.

I was able to create 3 forms and every field is correctly translated but calendar remains with main language (portuguese).

For example, I need to translate it to english but it looks like this:

This is the portuguese format (d = dia (day), m = mês (month), a = ano (year)).
I need to use something like dd/mm/yy or even change order to mm/dd/yy.

Note that calendar is in portuguese as well.
The same goes on french pages.

How can I do that? Is it possible?
