Contact Form 7 – database table

  • I installed your plugin and it shows up in Word Press under Settings as its own section. It also has Edit under Contact.

    I’m getting this error

    “The database table for Contact Form 7 does not exist. You must create the table for it to work.”

    I can create the table but what should it be named and even after I add the table to the DB then what?

    Your readme file says

    1. Upload the entire contact-form-7 folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
    1. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

    You will find ‘Contact’ menu in your WordPress admin panel.

    I did install it directly to the server wp-content/plugins/. It does not show up on the Plugins page nor does it show up in the WP admin panel.

    here again I did the install through WP then in the WP admin at the bottom of the left side menu I click on edit and

    I have the same problem, but just can t find any sollution so far. I can t believe it with plugin with that big popularity.
