Contact Form 7 data send

  • Hi,

    I have a problem with datas, that are not send.

    1) CONTACT
    Aim: Receive of Name, Email, Subject and Text

    Problem:
    a) Not translated in german (from, subject…) Where are the prreferences for that?
    b) Tag [your-subject] instead of the input is send.

    Problem:
    a) Not translated in german (from, subject…) Where are the prreferences for that?
    b) Tag [your-subject] instead of the information is send.
    No Persons, Arrival, Departure

  • Your questions are not very clear to me, but in which case I can see an issue with translation

    a) I don′t have a language-selection under this plug-in. It′s part of a theme.

    b) I wrote many details, but I summarize it:

    What I′ve done:
    I made two forms with fields for reservation and normal contact.

    What I want:
    1) Form contact: Receive of Name, Email, Subject and Text
    2) Form Reserve: Receive of Name, Email, Persons, Arrival, Departure

    What I get: All in english and not german.
    Infos, that are missing the datas like: subject, Persons, Arrival, Departure

    Emailexample: I get the name, email, not the subject, a text and not the persons, arrivaldate, departuredate…

    From: Test <[email protected]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    This is a test

    Sounds like the your Theme includes support for the Contact Form 7 plugin. In this case you are probably better contacting Themes support. Contact From 7 includes the ability to make a form in several languages, and add form fields of your choice. The issue you describe is not a normal part of the Contact Form 7 plugin.

    Hmmh. The theme support said, that this is a third party plug-in and they can′t give a support to that …

    You may deactivate the Contact Form 7 that comes with your theme and install a regular CF7 on your site.

    Since that one has the options you need, you would be able to use it in your language. ??
