Contact Form 7 Current Date

I pasted the forum that appears to be closed on this subject which I found was completely wrong answer:

Unless Im missing something here, contact form 7 when placing data into the Advance Database extension does not submit date and time based on the WP Settings.

My settings say Japan JST local time, but the data submitted to it says London local timezone.

Is there a solution to this ?

Hi Support,

The date and time of the form submission in the backend (under Advenced CF7 DB) is not showing Melbourne date. It is probably using the server date under column- ‘submit_time’. Can this be changed to show Melbourne time?

Hello @roshankhan,

Sorry for the late response.

The ‘submit_time’ depends upon the wordpress default settings set for the datetime zone in the settings screen.

You can set it to ‘Melbourne’ timezone and check the entries. We have not provided any other system settings to handle the datetime.
