• Hey everyone,

First let me explain what my goal is, because my way of thinking might be stupid in the first place :P.

For a website i need to develop a user area where logged in users should be able to order repeated doctor prescriptions. It is also important that the user can see his own history of orders.

This is about a doctors webpage so you understand that this has to be ‘safe’ looking on privacy.

So, honestly i’m an autodidact developer, and pretty much amateur, really hoping for your help.

My solution for now (where i get stuck).
    – I use the plugin ultimate member for the logged in user pages etc. This works great, some tweaking and getting it all up.
    – My idea was to build in a contact form (with CF7) where people fill in their prescription which automatically fills in user data from logged in user (that worked too).

    – Now the hard part. Actually i want the content of the email (after submission) not being mailed, but being posted as a post on the website. This way i wil be able to make a shortcode on the user page with his/her posted posts (which i will change names as “prescriptions”).

So i really read all around the internet and can’t just find the answer. Is anyone her able to tell me if im actually taking this the right way or should i go another way? And if i am thinking right, how should i set this up?

(I also did some experiments with contact form DB, but this won’t make a decent ‘message’ and wont be able to view rows only submitted by logged in user.)

Well, thank you all in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Mark
