Contact Form 7 Conflicts with Yoast & Jetpack

I recently started having issues with contact form 7 submissions. The form is sending the data to SalesForce but it does not notify the user they were successful. The user data just sits in the form on the page and does not refresh. After turning off all plug-ins and then activating one by one I discovered 2 conflicts. Contact form 7 will not display the response or response page when the form is submitted if either Yoast SEO or Jetpack plugins are activated.

Both plugins are currently inactive but I would like to solve the conflict and activate them again if possible.
